The Ventura Park Model Tiny Home is built on a quad-axle trailer, measuring 40 ft (12.2 m) in length with an expanded width of 10 ft (3 m). This wider design, compared to the usual 8.5 ft (2.6 m) standard in most tiny homes, creates a roomier interior. However, the extra width means a permit is needed to tow it on public roads. The home is accessed through double glass doors, leading into a bright and airy living room thanks to the generous glazing. The living room features comfortable seating, a wall-mounted TV, an electric fireplace, and practical shelving.
