Spacious Tiny Home Sleeps Six with Apartment-Like Layout

The Ventura Park Model Tiny Home is built on a quad-axle trailer, measuring 40 ft (12.2 m) in length with an expanded width of 10 ft (3 m). This wider design, compared to the usual 8.5 ft (2.6 m) standard in most tiny homes, creates a roomier interior. However, the extra width means a permit is needed to tow it on public roads. The home is accessed through double glass doors, leading into a bright and airy living room thanks to the generous glazing. With a total of 400 sq ft (37 sq m) of floorspace, the Ventura Park Model offers a spacious layout for a tiny home.

The living room features comfortable seating, a wall-mounted TV, an electric fireplace, and practical shelving. Next to this area is the U-shaped kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, three-burner propane-powered stove, and a farmhouse-style sink. The kitchen also includes a breakfast bar with stool seating and offers plenty of storage space, making it ideal for everyday use.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the bathroom, which includes a shower, sink, and flushing toilet. The master bedroom is located downstairs, accessed via a barn-style sliding door from the living room. With full headroom, this bedroom includes a double bed and abundant storage, including wardrobes, plus a separate door leading directly outside.

Upstairs, the home features two additional bedrooms. One is reached via a staircase, while the other is accessible by a removable wooden ladder. Both bedrooms have low ceilings, typical of loft-style designs, and each includes a double bed and shelving. These rooms can also be adapted to fit two single beds for children or used as additional storage. The Ventura Park Model Tiny Home is currently for sale, starting at around US$134,000, offering a unique blend of spaciousness and comfort for tiny house living enthusiasts.
