A pair of striking skyscrapers planned for Shenzhen, China, by the Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), which is in excellent form when it comes to skyscraper design after its spectacular Telus Sky Tower and Vancouver House. The structures will have prismatic shapes that shimmer, taper as they ascend, and are surrounded by lush vegetation.
The Qianhai Bay development, a thriving business and cultural hub on Shenzhen’s waterfront, will include the Qianhai Prisma Towers. The two structures will be supertall, the largest of which will be 300 m (984 ft) and house residential space; the other will be 250 m (820 ft) tall and house office space.
