HP has unveiled its first mobile All-in-one PC named Envoy Rove 20. It has a built-in 62 Wh battery that enables windows 8 multitouch enjoyment as fast as a blip. Yet, only few specs have been disclosed.
TheRove 20 has 20-inch, 1600 x 900 IPS LED panel with advanced 10-points multitouch technology plus an ambient light sensor to adjust the brightness of the screen automatically. These are the innovative features of Rove 20 than Lenove, previously unveiled at CES 2013.
HP‘s new 12.5 x 20 x 1.4 in (31.75 x 50.8 x 3.56 cm), 12.27 lb (5.6 kg) is equipped with4th gen Intel core i3M processor with integrated HD 4400 graphics having 16 GB of DDR3 RAM over two SO-DIMM slots and 1TB hybrid storage with an 8 GB solid state cache. There is built-in flush that can lie flush for tabletop and desktop use as well. The Rove 20 is a multipurpose device and could serve as Win8 tablet benefitting from gyro and magnetmeter.
As you expect from HP, the device also features Beats Audio sound through its dual speakers with built-in subwoofer. Its 4.0 bluetooth coverage is up to 802.11ac 2×2 powered with wireless technology. True Vision HD webcam faces front, while there is also a media card slot. You can use one of the three USB 3.0 ports to attach an external DVD or Blu-ray drive as the device is not equipped with optical drive.
The ENVY Rove 20 will hit the shelves of US markets in July, still price info not arrived. HP hints price USD 1000. You will get wireless keyboard and mouse, and it’s for US customers only. HP also allows 50 GB of cloud storage at Box .net and will charge $19.99 per month.
